About Me
Deon Milardo - Owner/Founder
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. With over 8 years of experience in various nursing settings, I have had the privilege of working in diverse environments, including HomeCare and hospital units such as Intensive Care, Inpatient Psychiatry, Crisis Management, Emergency Department Psychiatry, and Medical-Surgical care. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to mental health, where I prioritize building trust and genuine therapeutic relationships with my patients.
I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including Pediatric ADHD/ADD/Autism evaluations, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Through my comprehensive approach, I work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, helping them manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
